NACC Christmas Holiday Gala

7 p.m. at Northeast Alabama Community College in the Beck Health and Fine Arts Building. Hosted by the NACC Foundation. Fred Johnson will be honored as NACC Alumnus of the Year. Enjoy great food, a musical performance from NACC ENCORE, and music and dancing with the NACC Jazz Ensemble. The cost is $75.00 per person. Details.

Christmas at the Crossroads featuring the 57th Annual Rainsville Christmas Parade, the Santa Dash, and a free Christmas concert

The Santa Dash one-mile fun run/walk will precede the parade at 4 p.m. Parade lineup will start at 3 p.m. Enjoy the after-parade concert at 6 p.m. featuring Victoria Griffith and her live band, and other activities at the Tom Bevill Enrichment Center. Preregister for the Santa Dash here. Santa Dash proceeds will go to Backpacks of Blessings which is providing hope to the children of DeKalb County through nutrition.
